hp.com!davidm b5d64dabf3 Declare functions in the same way as we do in other header-files now, such that
it's possible to take the address of functions.
(debug): Remove this macro (no longer used).
(fetch8): Move to remote.h.
(fetch16): Likewise.
(fetch32): Likewise.
(fetchw): Likewise.
