(unw_local_addr_space): Define here.

(local_addr_space): New variable.
(uc_addr): Move here from unw_init_local.c.
(_Uia64_uc_addr): Ditto.
(access_mem): Ditto.
(access_reg): Ditto.
(access_fpreg): Ditto.
(ia64_init) [!UNW_REMOTE_ONLY]: Initialize local_addr_space.
