(pkg_major): New M4 macro.

(pkg_minor): Likewise.
(pkg_extra): Likewise.
(pkg_maintainer): Likewise.
(mkvers): Likewise.
(AC_INIT): Use them to form package-version and maintainer strings.
(PKG_MAJOR): New shell variable.
(PKG_MINOR): Likewise.
(PKG_EXTRA): Likewise.
(PKG_MAINTAINER): Likewise.
(AC_CONFIG_FILES): Mention include/libunwind-common.h.
