Add some more UNW_VERSION macro cruft to make it easy to compare

version codes.  Now you can do:

  if (UNW_VERSION >= UNW_VERSION_CODE (0, 98))
     ...

to check if the current libunwind version is at least v0.98.

Not that such version-check is recommend---use configure instead
wherever possible.
